Story
Abby Morgan investigates her sister Halie's disappearance. Her journey takes her to Texas where her sister was living at the time. She finds out that the disappearance may have been connected to a strip club where she worked and a cosmetic clinic in Mexico. She contacts an old friend who is a deputy. She also teams up with a reporter to help her find out what happened to her sister. In order to get to the bottom of what happened, she goes in undercover pretending to be a patient.

The film is said to be inspired by actual events that involved people going to Mexico to visit plastic surgery clinics. Director Andrew C. Erin also had a hand in writing the story. The producer was Tosca Musk. The casting was by Lindsay Chag.
